Found a Pet? Here’s What to Do

Tap the Pet Tap Tag: If you’ve found a lost pet wearing a Pet Tap smart tag, all you need is your smartphone. Tap the NFC tag on their collar, and the owner’s contact information will appear on your screen.
Get in Touch: Once the owner’s details load, look for their name and phone number. Tap the number to call them and arrange the best way to reunite them with their pet.
Use the Map Feature: Need directions? The Pet Tap system includes a map feature, making it easy to locate the pet’s home or arrange a convenient meeting point with the owner.
With The Pet Tap, helping a lost pet find its way home is fast, efficient, and stress-free for both you and the pet.

How to Enable NFC on Your Phone

Not sure how to use NFC? Don’t worry—it’s simple.

For Android Devices:

Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the quick menu.
Look for the NFC icon and tap it to turn it on.

If you don’t see NFC in the quick menu:

Go to Settings > More Networks > NFC.
Toggle the feature on ( ).

For iPhones:

On iPhone 11 and newer, NFC is automatically enabled.

For older models:

Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open the quick menu.
Tap the NFC icon to activate it.
If it’s not visible go to Settings > Control Center > Add NFC Tag Reader.
